Starting from 01 February 2015, Emirates will be increasing capacity on flights between Dubai and Manchester with the launch of a second A380 on the route. The superjumbo will soon be launched on EK20/EK19 flights, departing Dubai at 14:35 and arriving in Manchester at 18:35, while the return flight will leave Manchester at 20:25 and land in Dubai at 07:40 on the following day. Currently the airline offers 3 daily services between the cities, including one operated by an A380.
Starting from 01 May 2015 Emirates will be increasing capacity on its Dubai – Perth route with the launch of A380 aircraft on the service. The A380 will be replacing one of the B777-300ER aircraft, allowing the passengers to take advantage 136 additional seats per flight. With 14 First Class suites, 76 fully-flat Business Class and 401 Economy Class seats, the introduction of the A380 will be beneficial for both business and leisure travellers.
Starting from 08 March 2015 Emirates customers will be able to choose from a variety of three daily A380 flights between Dubai and New York JFK, as the airline is to add an extra daily A380 flight to the current two-times daily service.
The A380 aircraft on the service will operate in a three-class configuration offering passengers a choice of 399 Economy, 76 Business and 14 First Class seats.
Emirates is to increase capacity on its Dubai – Milan route by nearly 38%, as the airline is to upgrade one of its three daily flights to an A380 service as of 01 December 2014.
The new flights will operate daily becoming the first permanent A380 service to Milan Malpensa.
Starting from 01 December 2014, the existing Emirates Boeing 777 operating on the Mauritius service will be replaced by A380. The change will allow Emirates passengers to take advantage of two daily A380 flights to the popular destination, increasing the capacity on the route by 19%.
As of 21 July 2014, the current Emirates Dubai – Mumbai flights operated a B777-300ER aircraft will be serviced by the airline’s A380, providing 399 Economy seats, 76 fully-flat Business Class seats and 14 First Class Suites.
