New Air France route from Glasgow to Paris starts 27 March

From 27 March Air France will offer a new route from Glasgow to Paris and onward connections to hundreds of destinations worldwide. The new daily flight will depart at 9:00 from Glasgow and arrive at Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 11:50. Paris-Charles de Gaulle offers a seamless travel experience to connecting passengers: there’s no need to change terminal to connect to Tokyo, Shanghai, New York and many more intercontinental flights. Return flights from Paris will be daily, too, departing at 7:30 and arriving in Glasgow at 8:15.

On board the flight to Paris, you can choose between Business and Economy class, and on intercontinental flights Air France offers up to four travel cabins: La Première, Business, Premium Economy, Economy. Virgin to offer flights to USA from Belfast and Glasgow

Good news for Virgin Atlantic customers travelling from Scotland and Ireland, as in 2015 the airline will be offering seasonal flights to USA from Glasgow and Belfast as part of its codeshare agreement with Delta Air Lines.

The Belfast to Orlando service will commence on 25 June 2015 and will be available to Virgin customers between in June and July 2015. Flights from Glasgow to Las Vegas are set to launch on 10 September 2015, operating in September and October 2015.

Both routes will be serviced by a B747-400 aircraft, providing 375 Economy, 66 Premium Economy and 14 Upper Class (Business) seats.
